Of<strong> Baroque design<\/strong>, it was one of the favorite places of the Riob\u00f3o family, especially V\u00edctor L\u00f3pez Seoane, a famous naturalist who owned the manor between 1870 and 1900. The Allo garden must have been <strong>a central space in Seoane&#8217;s life, instrumental to his studies of ornithology and botany<\/strong>. It is here that he probably began to write one of his most ambitious projects: that of publishing the first <a href=\"https:\/\/galiciana.bibliotecadegalicia.xunta.es\/es\/consulta\/registro.cmd?id=4812\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Natural History of Galicia<\/a>. A magnificent specimen of the North American conifer also known as the \u2018giant fir.\u2019 This manor tree is visible from several hundred meters away\u2014likely a sought-after effect to highlight the social position of the inhabitants of the house even further.
